Life [Golf] Is A Long Lesson In Humility

Life Golf Is A Long Lesson In Humility

You pretty much have to be either golf obsessed or dreadfully bored to even begin my search for quotes that make perfect sense when substituting the word “golf” for the “life.”

What made me begin this search?  When I ran across the quote, “Life is a long lesson in humility,” I immediately thought “golf.” That’s when I thought it would be interesting to look for Words of Wisdom that could easily be changed into Words of Wisdom for Golfers.  Just for record, the aforementioned “life” quote comes from James M. Barrie (1860 to 1937), the Scottish dramatist and novelist, who wrote Peter Pan.

Below is the result of my search.
